OUR RETURNS POLICY: We accept returns back for either refunds or exchanges: Your order returned to us must be in the same new condition as originally sent out for resale, if any damage to the part(s) returned we can still refund you but less a cost to cover this. if we have sent you a in-correct part in our error on identifying which part you need, we will exchange/refund fully at no cost to you, however we do not have a returns label available to collect a return from customer to us, in all circumstances returns and exchanges will be at the cost of customer.
For all orders wanting to be returned for a refund due to changing your mind or the part not required etc, we have a 14 days returns policy for this. Please return a copy of invoice with your order or a note with order number, reason for return and the part you need if known.

Non returnable products include - internal mechanism bars such as drive bar, tort bar and stabiliser bars, and all springs. For a return request of an alleged incorrect part sent, we WILL require photos of the original part and the one sent for us to identify the error(s) made. Motor Returns - as with all our products motors can be returned but if the reason for return if refund there will be a 15% handling / restocking fee, if motor being returned for exchange, i.e a handset or transformer was at fault instead and this is being swapped over then there will be no handling fee. (this refund fee only applies to motors) Rechargeable Products - with Lithium battery rechargeable products, we can only offer a 28 days guarantee on due to the sensitivity of its use, these need to be charged in the correct way as per the notice enclosed with the product - for full details do contact us before ordering. please note: we advise returns to be sent via recorded / signed for as in some cases they can obviously be mis placed in our returns area and the tracking details from yourselves will able us to honour the return. Any faulty parts returned to us for testing under warranty period can not be tampered with, this will void the guarantee. *only some special orders can be returned / refunded, please enquire for full details. -- SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS AND STOCKED PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY -- - If you see this logo on a product you are wanting to order then this is a SPECIAL ORDER, delivery is usually between 2-5 days.
If you are not wanting to fit parts yourself and want a technican to fit for you, We do advise to contact directly to our repairs department for full departs of correct product and area coverage to save disappointment. -Delivery dates during Christmas and new year will vary each year, if wanting to place an order with us between 23rd December and first non bank holiday day back in January, do contact us if its urgent to save on disappointment as for example an order placed between these dates may not arrive to you until the new year. -Loyal points are issued on all stocked mainline products, this excludes mechanisms and special orders. We offer equivilant of 20% in cash value off future orders so for example £100 spent will give you approx £20 to spend in points on your next order, these points are targeted at trade customer who may order several times over a months period, all points therefore expire after 2 months of gaining them, points need to be redeem before this time has passed. COVID-19 - In this difficult time WE ARE STILL PROCESSING ORDERS AS USUAL, all order to uk mainland are sent via DHL next day delivery service others such as highlands of scotland and ireland via royal mail. we try to dispatch all order the same day at this time but on some rare cases dispatch could be delayed a day or 2 depending on specific part being available at our main distribution office or warehouse etc.. 90% of orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next day. if there is any issues with your order to cause the delay to be more than 2 days we will contact you.. keep safe , JM Parts Team.
