D-pull handled cables come slightly different designed handles this wont effect the functionally aspect of the chair,

The important parts to check when ordering a replacement are the measurements of the exposed inner cable from outer case, the type of framework connection(either ring end or dogleg) and the fitting/screw fixing to the side of the seat section(seen in pictures).
