This style of handle is available in only hole size(approx 5.5mm-6mm) for the barrel end of the recliner cable which slots in position as picture 4.
Common with natuzzi, harveys & most major stores
This is similar to JM06 handle the only difference is the wall design as shown in picture 3 this handle has a ridged wall the JM06 has a flush wall
